@@Cagesidetvmma lost 5-1 I think? It’s been a looooong time. He had a tough time taking me down. I had a guillotine cinched, let it go, then my knee popped on a failed osoto gari by him. He got me down after that-then passed my guard which no one had before. That surprised me. And I noticed he’s “heavy” and has a great top pressure. We both thought we were going to win-and he came out on top.

To keep it 100%, when I first saw Luke being co-host, I was very sceptical due to some shit I've seen that put him in the wrong light. I use the spin drill. During bag work or mitts I'll have them close their eyes and spin in circles in place until I say ok I want 20 straight punches fast as you can . This drill is mimicking getting rocked and trying to focus. The moment you open your eyes you will or should be dizzy .
It’s easy being a beniel fan cus of his faith, when he loses you know he is gonna be ok mentally cus of his higher power but people like Dustin and dc when they lose they are mentally broken and you worry about them. I wish he got a fake manager or fake coach who followed him everywhere talking trash for him tho he would of gotten that title shot im so surprised nobody has done that yet in the ufc it’s a no brainer.
