If you feel pressure to make a decision then slow down. If that does not work then just walk away and give yourself time to think. Physically walk away to another location. That doesn't mean you should run from decisions it means you should never allow someone to place you in a situation where your decisions have not been fully contemplated and understood. Life is too short and it should not be lived foolishly. Always have a overall plan for your life and then make the small decisions in a way that they lead you to the fulfillment of that bigger plan.
