The ADS multiplier is a big one for me personally, dropped that a while back and it is crazy how much it helps tracking enemies at longer ranges where controller aim starts to struggle. Recently switched to Black Ops aim assist, even with the 'nerf' it got I feel like it is a little stickier.
trust me i have spent hours & hours examining what aim assist type to use.... and for me black ops is way better... the funny thing is i switched to black ops after the nurf but still it helps more than default.... so to anyone seeing my comment i am telling you to use blackops / dynamic curve.... its a big difference !

I had seen another video where FOV was discussed but the examples you gave and the explanations made sense. Mine was at 1.00 so I adjusted. Thanks so much!! Hopefully I keep getting better and stop sucking so my friends actually want to play with me instead of “carry” me 😂 I’m having a blast doing it! 🎉
You'll get there soon, it takes time. Pretty soon they'll be begging to play with you 😂 Also, try playing MW2 multiplayer for non-stop gunfights (It'll help you improve faster than playing just battle royale only)

I’ve only been playing against humans for about 3 weeks 😂 hence my need to improve.. fast! I’ll let you know when my kd ratio isn’t in the negative 🤣🤣 I have considered making a blooper video of my deaths (ie landing on a claymore) and playing six million ways to die by Roni Size in the background .. maybe one day
Although you can that would be to close what Shawn is doing is focusing on medium range as the recoil pattern opens up more at longer ranges in the gun range its about 6 to 7ft to the door

Lacking in my gunfights cause sometimes I end up panic shooting when I least expect an enemy to pull up in front of me and lay eggs here and there. What can I do to get even better for these huge maps?
Solid tips !!!! What I’ve been doing lately is warming up with 100 bots I’ll turn aim assist to precision because it only kicks in when your accurate it’s helped a little bit so far thanks for including some key settings
What alot of us playing ranked multiplayer use for warmup is custom lobby against bots, 20 min game 200 score, FFA gamemode on mercado with aimassist turned of and headshot only in gamesetup. Try to get as many kills as possible in 20 mins, after just a few days you'll notice a huge increase in how many kills you get and after that warmup when you turn aimassist back on and people take body damage aswell it feels like you're cheating
@@ShawnP I don't know that I'll ever understand how players like you can snap your crosshairs so quickly on an object and hold it. There's seemingly no sensitivity that I can put on my right joystick that allows for that. My crosshairs either fly past or come up short of my target. Guess it's just "practice".

I wanted to let you know if u wanted to try out my build it is pretty much the same as yours with the Tempus trench pro, Ftac castle comp, Phase-3 grip and the Demo fade pro stock with all the same tunes. But I feel like if u would like to try the Ftac grimline laser with it I feel like it would make it a whole lot better but that’s just my opinion. Hope you like it!

Can someone help me while computer gamers are crying in the corner? I'm playing the game on the console and although aim assist is turned on, I have a hard time aiming, as soon as I shoot, I lose control of the enemy that starts to run away.
Well my problem is that since I switched to mouse and keyboard when I use controller now I can't hit nothing.like my gun jumps and my aim is way off .bad off .like I can be up on a guy and miss

Yo Shawn you don’t need to do that (start a private match) to see patterns . Go to the shooting range, turn around and shoot at the door.

115 fov, 6 -6 sens .80 ads speed and my deadzones are .10 I believe

Lots of players use that. That way your thumb doesn’t leave the stick. Plus it’s less time.
if you don't have paddles it's for sure worth it but in the end it's preference

u need to reach the maximum level of the weapon in order to unlock that option when an scope is attached
