Question for anyone thats sees this: Whats your favorite and least favorite boss in LoP? My fav is the King of Puppets and my least fav is the Green Monster
i fell in love with the perfect guard system in this game. not all bosses are made to only perfect guard, but simon manus feels like you're only punished if you guard over dodging. he also has so many moves that just force distance between you (lots of area/ranged magic attacks), and a very awkward, drawn out, and not "impactful" moveset. i just feel like his fight drags on longer than it needs to, and there's a lot of downtime (but i could just be bad!)
@@Gudunter not a big fan of Manus, especially the disruption crystals he shoots in the second phase. His second is way too convoluted and chaotic, but I wouldn’t say he’s necessarily my least favorite.
i'm pretty bad at it myself! the parries in this game are much slower than a guard, so you definitely have to know boss movesets to use them well. you can practice on the dummies at hotel krat to get some timings, but a lot of my practice comes from the minibosses in the game.
@@Gudunter Agreed, Guard Parry is iffy. I only even consider the move when I am forced into a complete blocking stance and if opportunity presents it self.
8 MILLION ERGO
Beat my first playthru with this sword. Including the nameless puppet. The move set is so versatile.
