You're not supposed to use the flash enable unless you're trying to force the ECU into reflash mode. When it's in reflash mode, it'll say Board Unknown and it won't show any channel data. Take the jumper out! You shouldn't ever need it. Also, when you open recent sessions, you're just opening saved sessions offline - you're not connected to the ECU so there won't be any live data. I find that simply unplugging the USB cable and then plugging it back in usually gets the comms going. It can take a few seconds the first time it tries to connect. If it doesn't connect, unplug the USB and plug it back in.
