I try to avoid polyester and that kind of stuff while shopping, too, thanks to you! And I feel that my life has changed for the better! I do really look through the stuff I'm buing (no unjustified spending), I feel more comfortable (no sweating or itching, yeah!) and even more chic. You inspire me for the better life!

Just a thought Emma, I remember you mentioned in previous videos that the outer part of your eyebrows didn't grow and that you often felt cold, it can be an indication of hypothyroidism and that in itself can affect mood. A blood test can diagnose it xx
Love how you're checking the fabrics! And loved to hear you're comments and thoughts during the personal shopping. I actually felt like I need to do that too. Like, be more selective in what I need and don't need to buy, so I can build a wardrobe with pieces I really like!

I LOVE the Personal Shopping experience at the Oxford Street Topshop! I would highly recommend it; I have been using it for a couple of years now and have a good relationship with my personal shopper - the more they know about you, the better they can select the outfits. This video was a great way to start the day. Emma, keep doing what you’re doing - I am thoroughly enjoying it all. Thank you.

Love that you pay attention to fabrics, I also rarely buy clothes made from synthetic fabrics. Blend of cotton and silk is my favorite type)
