Woman here, who has been infuriated since May 2016, when Amber Heard’s hoax began. I may be even more infuriated with the way the press is now attempting to gaslight the public against the fair verdict. The journalists and believers of this ongoing gaslighting have either not watched the trial, or are being wilfully delusional, or outright dishonest. The Los Angeles Times actually published one of these gaslighting post-verdict articles and used “Jason Momoa’s testimony” as an example…even though he did not testify- the journalist had seen a tiktok meme! The irony is that these same journalists are accusing the public AND THE JURY of forming their opinions from tiktok rather than the facts. My mind has been thoroughly blown by everything about this case.

But now that the verdict is in JD's favour instead of accepting the courts judgment they decide to tarnish JD still calling him the abuser when their client was internationally exposed to the entire world as a abuser and a sociopath. Not to mention the mountain of evidence against AH voice recordings of her taunting JD, verbally humiliating him, admitting to hitting him. The lawyers are so prejudiced that disassociated themselves from reality of life that women too can be aggressor of DV.

As soon as she said "this is a set back for women", all that empathy went out the window and now I view her just as sick as Amber. She has put the blame on the judge, the jury, social media, cameras in the courtroom, Johnny Depp fans, ect, she's the same as her client, she just can't ever accept that they are at fault. She nor Amber can ever admit to their wrong doings. Elaine should be ashamed of herself for continuing her narrative that only women are DV victims when this very case has proven that men can and are victims of DV as well. If we continue to persist with the “fifteen minutes of fame” accusation, it’ll be a neverending debate. Literally and technically speaking, both legal teams and their witnesses can be accused of desiring “fifteen minutes of fame” in that instance they chose to show up for either Mr Depp or Ms Heard. Count in so-called “experts” and TH-camrs taking advantage of the hate generated by the conflict between these two performers.
Still, they can go ahead and assert that they don’t have anything to gain from such a choice. They’re entitled to that. In the end, we’ll never really know their truest intents.
