Dude your vids on the RSV4 were the primary motivating factor for me to get my own personal dream bike; a brand new RSV4 RR! Wrote the dealer a check last weekend and it should be here next weekend! I'm so excited to finally join the Aprilia club after having watched so many awesome vids on your channel! Thanks bro!
@@Shimmoda Thanks for replying man! That's the best thing about your channel, the fact that you actually respond to comments! You can check my channel (even though I don't currently have many subs), I've done several vids on my 2013 ZX6R and I fully intend to recommit my time to TH-cam and put out some decent content on the RSV4! Uploading a new Ninja video right now and will upload some vids on the Aprilia next week when I get it in! Even got a new Hero 7 Black on the way from Amazon (my vids so far have been on my Sena 10C).
Riding out there looked like such fun, that is why I love moto vlogging videos. It's great watching the different bikes out in such beautiful landscapes.
Hell yeah, I've been saying we need a smoking tire type channel for years. I even begged Bostrom to do it when I saw him at Miller a few years ago (he was busy working on some cafe racer tv show though). Only trouble is you really need to work on your riding skills a bit before someone would let you ride their expensive project bike!
If i was local you could do my Ducati 1198. Not many quality vids on the 1x98/848 because the pani came out right when internet bike culture was taking off
Would you recommend someone that is thinking about buying aprilia rsv4 factory New or Used? I am 22 turning 23 next month. I want to start on a kawasaki ninja 650 as my first bike but eventually get a liter bike. I am also 5ft 8.
As someone who's been riding for 20 plus years, get some miles under your belt and take MSF advance courses every year to hone your skills and ride with confidence before you step up to something bigger. Or you will end up on your ass quicker than that quick shifter can switch gears
I would go with a naked bike first fz07, 08, or 09. They are nice and light and good to practice on. Work on creating good habits one at a time; braking, leaning, countersteering, body position, head position, throttle control, etc.
My 17' has all the same stuff. Just a different screen. But I have the RR. and I love it.. too much. To don't want to ride it because I feel like I am ruining it.
@@Shimmoda He's the only reason i bought an rsv4 here in Rome, he works at Vallelunga track wich is pretty close, like half an hour or so , have you seen his all prepped tuono👌 ?
There’s no way your getting 195 hp. The new 1100 RSV4 has a claimed 213 bhp. On the dyno it’s pushing like 196 at the rear wheel. Nevertheless it’s a killer bike! I have the 2015 RSV4 with graves slip on and race ecu. I’m only getting around 165 hp
YOUR BIKE HAS TWO TRIPS. PRESS AND HOLD TO THE LEFT WHEN YOU HAVE THE TRIP MODE SELECTED TO SHOW TRIP 2. ...sorry for the all caps, i just didn't want you to miss this haha!

I love ur review… u made me sold to the bike more… thanks
hows maintainence on this bike? i heard you gotta do a valve adjustment at 12,000 miles?
Yeah every liter bike you have to do 12k service I think Ducati stretches theirs out to 18k
Phenomenal! One question, how does it do in the rain?
Man thank you for this good and so informative video. Thanks bro. God bless and stay safe.
Dammit man! I'm in love with that bike again! Test ride one last year and was sold. I just have to find space in my garage
i'm in love with the sound !
Bike has 2trip . Hold the mode button to the right or left . İt will change a trip or b trip.
If your ever in San Diego, CA, I would let you review my 2014 rsv4 factory.
Would a 2012 factory version be a great buy? You said to get a 2013 or newer
No that’s why I said 2013 and newer lol
Does aprilia rsv4 rolls the tyre like gsxr or 10r or CBR I mean it has traction or wheelie control so does it rolls
I’ve been thinking a lot lately of getting rid of my 09 GSXR 750 with 10,200 miles to get an RSV4. I want one so bad watching this video even more
The bike is wonderful, I have a 2012 rsv4 factory, you won't be disappointed.
Matthew Lang I got rid of the GSXR bro. I got a 2016 RSV4 RR with a tune & SC Project slip on plus low miles 🙌🏽
Hi bro.how easily and accurately is this motorcycle controlled?how easily does it change direction and tilt?
It’s a razor blade
What gearing do you have?
Cool video!!
Is that exhaust street legal where you live or do you just take the risk? On their website it says it's for racing use only.
Probably not but I’ve passed cops many times haha
Almost all aftermarket exhaust has a disclaimer saying “for racing only”
hey what do you think a good starter bike would be for someone whos 6"3
Look at my most recent video if that doesn’t seem good then maybe look into an adventure bike like the KLR 650
If i was local you could do my Ducati 1198. Not many quality vids on the 1x98/848 because the pani came out right when internet bike culture was taking off
Just seen you at Spanish fork chevron? Bike meet and cruise?
Yep! Doing a 400 mile ride right now
The Muscle Biker bad ass!
Got a bunch of good videos today for sure lol
Adjust the ride height??

Buy used unless your rich

@@matchuu-rang1690 Cool ok. Thanks.
The ninja 650 is one of the best starter bikes and you can grow into it for a few seasons before you decide to upgrade

are you talking about gabroracing from italy ?
Yep!

Gabro is everywhere! Ciao from Italy!!!
This is a dope bike
you gotta get back ontop of the youtube game and keep making stuff for us
LOL a 2013 RSV4 does not make 195 horsepower , that year is 20 horsepower down on the newer 2016,2017 bikes on the dyno ...
So you don’t think after all those mods it doesn’t add 10hp? It’s 184 stock
@@Shimmoda Well it would but the bike will still be slower than an old S1000RR ...
@@644loicYour point....lol
@@Shimmoda That the aprilia is slow bro buy the ducati V4 , just kidding 2013 RsV4 is a good bike just not fast enough

Not sure what it’s getting to the wheel stock is 184 so I’d imagine I’ve done 10 hp with mods
The 1100 is making 203-205 to the wheels. One of the highest WHP Bikes, makes more then the V4r according to 650ib on his dyno shoot outs
Mullet 😨.. Hey.. to each his own 😄👍.
Lol going for that Thor/Aqua Man look😂
