Winter Solstice day - Malta Sztorm 21.12.17

Today wind in Valletta was 35 knots, some 8 in Beaufort scale, huge 5 meters waves, rainfall, some destruction on land and sea, not a time for outdoor picnic ...Gregale wind is likely to be the Euroclydon storm, from Greek Euros (east) and kludo (billow, surge) or Latin Aquilo "northeaster" which wrecked the apostle Paul's ship on the coast of Malta on his way to Rome (Acts 27:14)
