    You are a sweetheart. Great video. You are such an amazing power of example. Its so hard to keep it together when someone really hurts you that much but IN TIME you can recover, move on together & become sronger because of it. But its not easy. Im so impressed with you & what you have overcome. Pretty sure you just helped all your followers. I think we've all been hurt deeply as you have. But what you dealed with is certainly brutal & look at you now. Loved hearing how you helped yourself, thru Love & Forgiveness.And Crystal,s . Your honesty is so refreshing. Thanks Krystal. Much Love to you.🌹

    Krystal, you are wise beyond your years. Hate and resentment only hurt the one feeling those emotions. It's a simple rule, but easy to forget. Thank you for reminding me.

    Wow, thank you so much Krystal, this really made me cry and realize things.
    I am in a emotionally toxic relationship right now. This really helped me to realize that I need to let go. The things he did to me were really wrong, and I tried to find the mistakes I was making and trying to change, but I realised that this person needs to heal and that its not my fault how they treat me. I'll take a week time to get all my things out of his place. I'll wish him the best, I hope he'll get happy and I hope that he learned something from this experience and that he'll treat the next woman in his life, like she deserves to be treated.

    i was just thinking about how you can forgive anyone potentially.
    but that doesnt mean you should necessarily have them in your life.
    and then you mentioned it lol.
    sometimes you just gotta move on and find new faces.
    i think its important to be happy with what already makes you happy.
    whether its a person or even a hobby.
    i think i personally just need to spend more time doing the things that truly make me happy.

    Wow just wow! Thank you so much I got choked up just hearing everything I needed to hear. I was cheated on just about a year ago and still haven't fully healed. Probably not even close to being healed since I've been using drugs to numb the pain. And now I'm s full blown addict. This helped so much though so thank you!!!

    My close friends and family always questioned why I forgave everyone so easily even though they’re not in my life, it just felt better ... not just for me but it felt right universally. The regret is something they have to live with, not I. I never hold grudges, life is too short for negative energy. Namaste.

    Hey Krystal thanks a lot for this video... it's a big topic. I was wondering what to do to if the person to forgive is someone really close to you like a father for example... ?I have issues with that, it's been 6 years now that I don't talk to my father anymore and it's really painful because I am not capable to figure out myself if I want to have him back in my life again or not or how to forgive him since he's a really toxic person...(by the way sorry for my English...) Greetings from Spain. Much Love.

      Ana Ortega Bermúdez I have also let go of a family member and it hurts often but I know this is a better choice for my highest good. If you decide it's better to have them in your life I'd suggest keeping a healthy distance still and remembering your truth so their actions/opinions don't affect you poorly. Protect your energy🌹🦋

  • @1996HerreraJohn
    @1996HerreraJohn 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    Honestly I disagree with this. There's some things you just don't forgive. If anything you just tell these people to go kill themselves for all I care. I know it seems harsh especially for someone who is about the whole spiritual life but I don't hold on to grudges or hate. That's for people with nothing better to worry about. If someone hurts you oh well just move on. Life sucks and the spiritual journey shows you life sucks a lot more than most people realize but you can either embrace the pain or let it dictate your emotions & actions. It's called duality & I live in the real world where people honestly are just empty to the core & unless I can tell they actually want to change then I will help them but most of the time. People just care about themselves. Just tell them straight up and there's no need for screaming. If they hurt you let them know how much of a worthless human being they are. I do agree with you on the part where you said don't blame others for your emotions because you choose who you want to date, hang out with, & ultimately share your energy with.
