Well done for this video... Although, I have a challenge... I have used this method to try to simulate the prop positions for my beam formwork. It works effectively however, I am trying to keep a count of the balusters(in this case props)as well... How can I get to count my balusters in my schedules Thank you Dzan Ta
Timothy Ogese once you create the design, create a schedule of the objects and then go to the format tab within the schedule command window, select the baluster count parameter and then select total. go to sorting tab and choose itemize instances and total that too.
Thanks Dzan, I was able to acheive it though but with a different technique - cos I cldnt find any baluster count parameter in the schedules. I ended up creating formula based on the lenght of the railings which worked in a way. However I find myself having to make alternative spacings for my props... Is there a way I can access any of the baluster system parameters so I can be able to use it to calculate the counts for my variations? Thanks once again
if I understand your question correctly, you are stating that the Detail Lines inthe Ref Level floor plan view is not visible? if so, what linetype are you using for the detail line? As for the second part of the question, I do not understand your question. The Revolve command to requires you have a closed sketch as a profile and a reference axis line to revolve the profile around. Hope this helps.
Excellent! Really appreciate your technical expertise - as well as calm delivery!
Thank you
