From premier league level on there's traditionally a lot of noise (music, cheering ect.) going on. As shooter you have to hide in your bubble and even stay until minutes after the competition.

I suppose at that level shooters aren’t easily distracted. As a shooter and spectator I too fail to see how music helps anyone.
