@@akqeel3574 now that the reveal trailer has been released along with the announcement of many new features and changes, has your stance changed? Personally, the reveal has got me very excited.
Let me recontextualize the supposed gobblegum mechanic. Yes, you shouldn't be able to change gobblegums mid game etc. However...if you think about the reality of a gumball machine, it has literally every coloured gobblegum inside... there arent ONLY 5 gobblegums in the machine, there are dozens. I'm at peace with being able to change any gobblegum mid game but I hope it is different than just having loadouts of gobblegums that will defeat the immersion for me.
Yeah exactly, my main hope is that we can exchange gobblegums we have no more of. Let’s say you wanted to use perkaholic for example, but you only own one, you would be able to replace that with any other gobblegum you own.
I just hope theres a classic mode playlist that removes the gumballs entirely. I like playing with randoms and helping them but those corny ass cheat code balls ruin it completely.
@@CERRYGREENBAY No its not. The ability to start with any gun makes the mystery box and wall weapons completely obsolete. I'm in a similar boat as you. I'm fully expecting this to be better than Cold War Zombies, but I'm doubtful it'll reach the heights of BO2, BO3, and even BO4. But I really hope I'm wrong! At the end of the day, as long as it's better than Cold War, I'll at least be satisfied.
I think the reason why they might cap the guided mode at round 15 Is to incentivize the new players to play the standard mode after getting a taste for mechanics and how EE works. Not all New players will look up guides for the map on yt. so after playing a couple of games in guided mode they will pretty much be comfortable and ready to play the standard mode and now how to get basic stuff like power&pap.
I'd like to see something like perk spawn point in a map, The thing is they bring back all the perks from every game of zombies, (there only being a set number in each map) and as you reach perk machine spawn points, everyone votes what perk you all want it to be. This would change the game play of every map, every game.
The problem with the guided Easter eggs and guided power and all that is casuals don’t even follow the giant arrows pointing them to the power and it makes it way too easy for experienced players

I have to say with the save feature, i like it. High rounders might say they dont like it, but i think thats not entirely true. This would save a lot of stress on a console, and that's awesome. It's no different than pausing a game and coming back. The difference is less work ans stress on the system. That will encourage others to start high rounding and with new players unusually comes new competition. That can change things up with top players in this area, and why would they want that. I think thats more their thinking. I could be wrong.

All the discussion by players surrounding gobblegums seems very naive. We have no reason to assume the system will resemble or play like BO3 in anyway other than iconography. Pack-a-Punch, perks, Mystery box, easter egg quests, buildables all function completely different now. Instead of comparing the new vs old gobblegum mechanics its better for the community to view this as a new system entirely.
I think the guided EEs will be the full quest but with visual/audio queues, that would make the round 15 cap make sense. I remember when I first did the DE egg solo I ended up doing the boss fight on round 35ish and died due to panzers. If there's a 15 round cap, it will stop casuals from burning rounds for various reasons (killing last zombie, failing steps, downing and needing points).
But do you feel like losing the choice of going higher kinda sucks for new players and vets? I remember plenty of times the egg was done but we needed better guns to actually beat the boss so we'd go five to ten more rounds to make sure we were fully set for the boss
Wouldn't that spoil the hardcore easter egg experience if the guided one has the same steps? It has to be like WW2 zombies where the casual and hardcore quests are different.
@@Watergate-Keeper It would for the initial solve, but if they only enabled the guided mode after the 1st in the world completion then that would be fine. What is your obsession with in game menus? They aren’t THAT ugly are they? I get Cold War had a VERY dull design for its UI, but buying AAT’s off the wall just to avoid a menu? Idk
It's three things. Immersion - Zombies has always had a very immersive feel to me. A minimal HUD, and any interactable items were just planted organically into the map environment somehow. This stopped being a thing once Cold War came around, and I just wasn't a fan. Tradition - As I said before, Zombies never had it before, and it's one of those "feel" related things that I'd just prefer kept that old classic feel of no in-game menus. And probably the most important thing, it's just easier to not have in-game menus. Zombies is very much a fast paced game where standing still for too long will usually get you killed. I think it doesn't make much sense to have players scroll through an in-game menu while playing Zombies. Just put the AAT's as chalk wall-buys and call it a day.
I agree that Parasites are likely a new enemy type, If it is indeed though the BO3 Parasites, It poses an extremely interesting story element, as the Parasites are a form of Apothican, which notably would make it the first Apothican variant to return(implying their continued existence somewhere within the Dark Aether).

4 fucking years by the way and no improvements over cold war.
They should just remake Bo1 at this point.
Games are going to continue to evolve and invite new mechanics whether you like it or not. It prevents stagnation. If you don’t like it you don’t have to buy it. Stick with the older games if that’s what you prefer lol
"👶👶👶👶👶👶👶👶👶👶👶👶 WAAAAHH IM A FUCKING BITCH WHY CAN'T EVERY ZOMBIES GAME BE THE SAME? 😭😭😭😭😢😢😢"
God damn you guys are fucking miserable
@@evan_marqueznah, Bo1 took actual skill to be able to live to see round 100. Bo6 judging from the leaks they are holding hands for new players once again.
Bo1 is also infested with hackers who’ll brick your system if you so much as want to play solo hence why they should either remake it or do something about it.
