Um... The Arcimoto machine may be cool, desirable, and sophisticated - but then, hey, so am I [just kidding!🤭].
I'm not sure it stands out as being 'ultra efficient', though. More efficient than a ridiculous self-balancing Segway, yes. More efficient than the typical resource-hogging, tech-bloated Tesla or other EV, no doubt; more efficient than some V-8 petrol-powered pickup truck or SUV, certainly.
It's probably fun to ride, too. And it'll be an ego-boosting status symbol. Something to impress the neighbours, just like any other shiny e-bike or e-scooter.
But in terms of affordability, simplicity, environmental impact before, during and after use, and the more technical things such as aerodynamics (frontal area drag), drive-chain effectiveness, power input versus energy wastage (in suspension travel) and rolling resistance, I think that an ordinary road bicycle with 27" wheels, properly inflated tyres and a competent rider would be quite a bit more efficient.
You don't have to spend Tour de France money on a bike; even a cheap one is a tremendously efficient means of getting about.
Mine's over fifteen years old; it cost £120 new and is probably only worth about £25 now, but it costs me (and the environment) virtually nothing to own and operate. It shows no signs of wearing out. The simple welded steel frame is heavy and rustproofed and will last another 100 years; I may need to buy a new tyre and replace the brake blocks in another 5 years.
It just keeps going. It's hard to imagine anything more efficient as personal transport.
Significantly, the basic 'chain-drive + 2 pneumatic tyres' combination hasn't changed for over 130 years. Bikes must be doing something right, right? 🤔 Why else are there so few human-powered trikes (in comparison to bikes) on the world's roads?
The bicycle's fundamentals haven't changed because they work. It's a classic case of evolution through unnatural selection. Or: if it ain't broke, don't fix it😁.
Even though you have to pedal them, regular bikes are still an amazingly cost-effective and efficient way of getting from A to B.
So, with all due respect to the obviously dedicated and talented Arcimoto development team, I don't think an (expensive?) electric tilting trike adds anything new to personal mobility in terms of efficiency.
(Please note: I'm not a trained engineer; this is just my opinion as an amateur mechanic and long-term bike user.)

The people with the ZUV but don't want to put it production need to make a lower framework with pedals and a longer chassis and different enclosed car bodies for handicapped people considering this is made out of scrap plastic there could be just a little bit of graphene thrown into it and the frame would be harder than steel and the front and the back of the car bodies could have the graphene in them too

With the sun and the wind I will travel forever. . . since I consume electricity to travel, why not recover some of it using a mini or micro wind generator, with vertical axis, placed externally somewhere in the car and a system of solar panels? These systems will deliver energy. . forever. (I mean: a moving object, like a car, will create a vortex in the air, the wind. When it hits the wind turbine, it will generate electricity that will recharge the batteries
