    You're a genius! I mostly make cold process now, but when I do melt & pour I found an eco friendly shrink bag that they don't stick to. It's morida shrink bags on Amazon, they're soft and easy to work with. Just a little FYI in case you want to try them.

    O my goodness! This is amazing. I was just testing my first sample bar to sell, and I was getting so frustrated that I was marking up the sides of the bar trying to get it in the shrink wrap band. Thank you for sharing!!!

    I’m late to this video but OMG this helped so much. I didn’t have card stock but I used two index cards and it’s so so much easier! Thank you for sharing your tip!!

    I just seen a video where this guy put a piece of paper around the soap and stuck it into the bag the opposite way you did. Then he just pulled the paper right out

    Get yourself the national shrink wrap system and save a TON of time on your packaging. Well worth the small investment.
    Amazing how quickly you can wrap multiple bars of soap in literally seconds .

    How do you get rid of the little bubbles within the soap

    • @katm3997
      @katm3997 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To get rid of bubbles in melt & pour, you spray the soap (just after you pour it into the mold: before it sets) with rubbing alcohol (90% works best in my opinion) and the alcohol breaks the surface tension which in turn pops the bubbles. I hope that makes sense lol im not good at wording things sometimes 😁

    After three years you have probably figured out another idea, but perhaps two business cards instead and then pull out one those, and then the other (if you want) could stay to be your ingredient and soap info card. If you have labels that go on them, then just take the business cards out.

    Are you able to ship with the soap wrapped like this? Any tips on preventing melting?

    • @TyarsEssentials
      @TyarsEssentials  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I ship it like this, and haven’t had any issues with melting. You can bubble wrap just in case.

    What kind of soap is that?

    • @TyarsEssentials
      @TyarsEssentials  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's an exfoliating glycerin soap bar. These are scented with Ocean Breeze fragrance oil, and is made with a detergent free soap base.

    I have a question.
    How did the air get out . And if there is a air bleeder hole can water get in thru the bleeder hole. .
    Great info on your videos

    • @TyarsEssentials
      @TyarsEssentials  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think there is a prepped hole in the bags I bought that allows the air to escape.

    A tip is you could just slide the paper in the bag and slid the soap in that way, you really don’t need to fiddle with it so much. But thanks for sharing
