I’ve recently gone back and listened to a lot of podcasts you’ve been on and I’ve learned more about about bass behavior in those than all other podcasts combined. Watching all your vids now. Rooting for you bud. I believe you’ll be one of the greats!
That’s awesome. I’m glad to hear that @fishingkid8467!! Hoping it helps you catch a few more bass and thanks watching the channel. Excited about growing this outlet more this season.
Thank you for sharing this. You’re a very knowledgeable angler. I learn a lot from watching and listening to you. I wish you would do something for livescope settings for beginners.
@@drewgillfishing Thank you. I’m updating the electronics on my boat this fall. I’m going to be running the ultrex quest with a stand alone Garmin gps map 1022 solely for live scope plus. And use my phone and tablet for navionics and lake master. I’m down south in North Ga. Herring and Spotted Bass More important than anything you you please do some mapping videos such as what to look for on contour lines. If you could do that without hurting yourself or showing the juice to your fellow competitors. Thank you
@@drewgillfishing absolutely. Even with the herring being invasive species it’s added an additional food source and makes fish do non traditional things. We’re starting to see a population of largemouth that have gone 💯 pelagic and chase herring in open water like the spots do. And starting to see magnum spotted bass 5 lb plus and full grown striper running together in small wolf packs. The herring has truly turned them into apex predators. And then there’s the ditch bite and the pile bite there’s really a bite for anyway could want to fish
Hey Joe! A great A-rig to try for your first time playing around with it is the Yum Flash Mob Jr., the most important part of that presentation is wire gauge and length and secondary is to make sure that it has willow blades. It’s a good compact rig with light wires and even though it’s one of the cheapest on the market it’s made me a lot of money.
Thanks Nash!! Working at it buddy. Have some good videos coming up from some decent finishes this spring. Practicing at Ozarks currently for the fourth stop on the MLF Invitationals. Thanks for watching and following along and for the encouragement!!
