They're cheep, they cut corners, probably kind of shady, but they act like they're as good as everyone else. Nobody takes them seriously so they kind of have a one sided rivalry with everyone. Yzma is just kind of stuck there, she want's Crowley's Job. Kronk is the vice headmage of course. I also made it so the school has both heroes and villains. For example Marina Del Rey and Benjamin from the little mermaid prequel are teachers but so is Milo from the atlantis movies (I think he'd more likely teach at RSA but I just wanted an excuse to use him in the rp lol). Aside from Yzma and Kronk of course lol I wanted to keep most of the characters to be like lesser known or straight to tv disney characters to kind of drive home the off brand thing. For example my NRC teacher OC Adagio, based on Forte the Evil pipe organ from the beauty and the beast sequel, used to teach there. I'm rambling lol
An all girls school based on Encanto would be neat in the future. It would have nine dorms (8 for magic possesing students with dorm icons based on the magic possesing Madrigals and the 9th one for magicless or weak magic students with Mirabel as the dorm model). The headmistress would be twst Alma Madrigal and the magical artifact would be the Candle of Bonds. The entire school building would have a life of its own like the madrigal home due to the candle which would also sort dorms
yeah I REALLY would like for worldbuilding reasons for them to at least give a mention of where the girls are, but I like to headcanon that all-girls schools do exist? Although it could be the case that there's some measure of inequity, if the girls' schools don't have the same notoriety as the top boys' schools (NRC's Spelldrive tournament gets televised, but do the top girls schools get anything like that too?). But yeah, we do know at least that female professional mages do exist, notably Riddle's mom, a respected medical mage (no way you're not going to school for that, I'd think), and Epel's grandma Marja, a pro sports player. Who I would add was part of a whole all-female team, who got enough fame to have an anime made about them years later! So, who knows how the situation is overall, but they exist, at the very least. Sooo...I'm making up girls schools for fanfic purposes XD
Imagine being a girl who lives on Sage Island, you couldn’t go to the two most prestigious magic schools in your area (and the WORLD) because they’re BOTH boy’s schools. You’d be probably be forced to go abroad. If there was a girl’s school on Sage that matched the level of notoriety as NRC and RSA I feel like it would’ve at least been mentioned by now. 😕
I wish for either an all girls school based on Disney princes (like we know Rielle via mention,so imagine a girl based on Eric) or just like Noble Bell is only for Frollo maybe there's an all-girl school for a female villain like Yzma or Gothel

I think it's very possible for nbc to be co-ed we've saw very little npcs there it's almost always the same two boys (except in the final battle part)
