Christine, what beautiful ideas on how to use all that beautiful washi tape. I especially loved your idea of making frames with it. What a brilliant idea! Also you are correct that washi tape doesn't hold well for various reasons. So the idea to put PET over it is something I never thought of doing. Here is a tip some may not know: you can add a bit of glue to the back of washi tape and spread it with your finger so it doesn't leave a line. You can also wrap it around an edge (like a photo mat or a mat for a card) that is going to be glued down. Have a blessed day and TFS❤.
