Sandstorm is my biggest holding.
The problem at $SAND is Nolan consistently underperforms. He never hits these growth projections. Once upon a time ago, $SAND was projecting to be over 100,000 ounces in 2024 & 2025.
Combine that with SAND’s chronic and never ending dilution of our shares, no wonder this stock keeps underperforming.
Great video, Nolan! As an investor, I appreciate the detailed updates. I'm excited about the bright future ahead for Sandstorm Gold Royalties.
Maybe Sir Alford is correct. Trim some extra workforce and be more efficient. I own SAND and other royalties. SAND could help us by trimming some fat.
This is a great video explaining a lot of the moving parts of the company. can we have such an "institutional level" update once a year please? Thank you.

Always love the transparency from Nolan and the team. I have been investing from day 1 of Mr Watson becoming ceo and will continue to do so. Best management in the sector by far!

5 years after the 2019 projection of 145 koz for 2024, they have 83 koz for 2024, 61% more shares, 25% more debt per share, and share price remains flat. 83/145/1.61*0.75 = 73% destruction in gold per share that a trusting 2019 investor thought he would be able to trade for his shares by now. The speeches & value metrics now are identical to 2019. I couldn't find any explanation in the interim videos of what happened over these past 5 years.
What is Nolan's average buy price for that $3m that he has bought over the last few years?
The buys occured from summer 2022 to winter 2023, about $5.
I love sand. Great buy right now. Nolan will be proven right in the long run. Debt pay down will be huge with gold prices spiking. Be patient. The gold bull market has just started. That is was a major confirmed monthly chart breakout.

After seeing 2024 second quarter revenues, I'm starting to believe you are just a big mouth who doesn't deliver. Very disappointed.

Per the 2023 Annual Report, embedded within SAND's assets are $260 million of low rated debentures. That is a significant percentage of SAND's $1.5B market cap.
I'm not here to invest in a high yield bond fund...I want to own a gold royalty company.
Also, please spend five minutes to shave before you speak to you investors. It's a show of respect (literally the least you can do).
Or just grow a legit beard, and go that route instead!

I would point your attention to Keith Neumeyer of First Majestic Silver. Obviously someone who is successful in the gold/silver mining business. If you check out some of his interviews (VRIC, DM) you will see that he too, is a bit grizzly in his appearance. Nolan is there to run a company, not to be a model. Find something else to complain about.
Plenty to troubleshoot....where shall we start? The cancer that Hod Maden has become over the years or over paying on royalties or maybe the life-syle the 27 employees enjoy where the shareholder always gets the haircut? Are you sure you want to go down this rabbit hole?
Your logic is strange.
What relevance does Keith Neumeyer have to this? For every CEO who doesn't shave before addressing his investors (who he works for and actually own the company) I can point to 10x as many who do shave. Could you imagine Buffett or Munger going to a shareholder or BoD meeting with a weeks worth of growth on their face? This is a losing line of argument for you.
Since you obviously don't "get it" The point is that shaving and hygiene and being presentable are signs of respect to the people you're addressing and demonstrate personal discipline.
Did you go to your wedding w/o shaving? Funerals to pay your last respects? Your parent's funerals?
