Yeh this is what that lame ass movie should have been with Cell Max also having the memories of the OG Cell too. Imagine Max having Cells memories and wanting Gohan dead it would be the Cell we know and love but not entirely.

Well, to be fair I do think it was the original cell in some sense but he was activated before being completed and would’ve metamorphosed into perfection and possibly even super perfection had he been granted enough time but the RR army got careless and decided to enact their plan (whatever that was idk) earlier than expected having kidnapped Pan, I do think he would’ve had Cell’s memories since in the dub it’s the same semi-perfect cell voice just screaming more than talking any words.
