If you use the AI app there is a setting to turn off AI awereness. Also press F11 will enter Editor mode so you can copy/move various map asset like ramp or wall

Why not make one big wide ramp that they can't go around? If it won't let you do that, then put a bunch of the narrow Ramos side by side so they can't miss them
