What can I say my fav. colors again.. Both are glorious.. Lovin' them.. Hi from Canada !
Another beauty hon ❤
Im enjoying the Reggae vibes and rockin in my chair lol 😂💃🎵🎶🔊
I'm so glad you are enjoying the video! It makes me happy that you are rocking in your chair. 💃🎵🎶🔊
I was definitely tapping my toes to these tunes. If only I had my toes in sand and a drink in my hand 🤣. Love both of these, but I love just about everything you do!
Katheryn thank you. Toes in the sand is always a good thing 😊
Love them both....stunning & so elegant, beautiful shimmery, muted colours......gorgeous !
Thank you Cynthia. One of my favorites right there.
So shimmery! So beautiful! Number one is special! Wow! Number 2 is even shinier if that possible! Both are wonderful. I see $$$$ in both of them. 😁
Vonelle thank you so much 😊🎨
As always I love your fantastic swipe art! I am a big fan Cathleen! I catch myself dancing with your beautiful music while watching your videos. It’s always a fun experience watching you. Thank you so much.
Lem you are dancing with me. 😊 my feet are always moving. Nice to see ya Lem
Mornin Miss Cathleen! I'm on about my 4th or 5th watch of this piece. The 'drag' makes me wanna jump and shout... but being careful not to spill the Java.
This vid is absolutely the cats jammies as far as things to learn... however how subtle... it is crazy brilliant.
Oddly I miss the deep snowy landscapes of Canada... and this color way feeds that.
Sighing and watching you manifest the shimmer... well... Good Morn my friend. Fabulously done... and not a snow shovel in sight! Lovely.... yes Ma'am! ❤
Drinking my Java reading your smiling words ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️😊😊😊😊😊
As far as I am concerned, you are the master of the swipe. The6 are beautiful and I love this color palette.
And you Daniel are to kind. Many thanks. I had a good “Teach” 😊🎨
Shimmery and shiny. Love them both.💕💕💕
Thank you always Vicki
Hello Cathleen, your pictures so beautiful and the shimmery colours ...super👍❤ thanks for sharing. Doris from Germany
Doris from Germany 🇩🇪 thank you always 😊
I really like the gentleness of the colors, very soothing.
Thank you Sharon
The drag that was created by going perpendicular to the base coat added a fantastic dimensionality! Txz so much for sharing! Jeanne
Jeanne thank you 😊
The first one is a beautiful frozen city by the water. The second one is pretty too!
I like that Gloria. “Frozen City” thank you. Hope you are doing well. 😊🎨
It's great to see the difference between the brush painted and flooded base coat results and this colour combo is great - an industrial metallic feel - LOVE it! BRAVO and thank you for the inspiration!
Marnitz thank you. I am excited about our collaboration. Hoping all goes well with Covid number 2
@@COZCreationsArt - So am I, that is why I have been 'trolling' your channel to also get more ideas and hope to be prepared for it...🤣🤣 It almost feels like having to write an exam😜, but at least one I am looking forward to. We are getting the vac's on Wed...but I don't foresee any pronlems.
I love the way you swipe. I think that would be very calming.
Judith it is very relaxing. I’m a swiping kinda girl 😊🎨
Both pieces are stunning Cathleen but I adore the heavy texture of the first one in particular. Another new technique and you NAILED it (as usual). Happy Sunday night:)
Lori thank you. I love the texture with the un-flooded canvas. Gonna play more with this 😊🎨
I stayed a way from any form of painting for few months, I got so overwhelmed by all the new people, and ideas being posted on TH-cam. I do, still watch some people for inspiration, but somehow I can’t move. I love your work, almost all of your stuff talks to me. You are my inspiration, thank you for posting , 😘🌺
Both pieces are wonderful in their own right. Very different and both beautiful.
Many thanks Karen 😊
Wow wow wow! You excel every time!!!!!❤️❤️❤️
Mary thank you so much. It’s so fun playing with those paints 😊🎨
First one perfect harbour city scene. Lovely!!
Thank you again Ellen 😊
Oh how I adore you such a ray of shire. So full of simple joy. Oh and I love your work
😊😊😊😊😊😊 thank you
Fabulous, the first one was my favorite of the two👍🏻
Thank you Marilyn

Karren thank you 😊🎨
You are the Swipe Queen!! They're both gorgeous Cathleen 💕💕
Lori you make me smile. Thank you
This piece is absolutely stunning. They both are
Donna thank you. I love the dry swiped one. So much texture 😊
Both are amazing but that second piece.....I just wanted to melt on into it. What a yummy piece of art.
Sally thank you so much 😊
I don't know how I missed this! I know I saw it on my phone, but I missed watching it on my iPad. Sorry. Both paintings are gorgeous!
Thank you Carrie. Some of my favorite colors there girl 😊🎨
I love the first painting because of all of the texture. It is reminiscent of a brisk and foggy morning on the harbour. Absolutely stunning! The second painting reminds me of a thick layer of ice covering a white marble fountain wall. The depth in the colors used are breathtaking. It is so realistic to me that I feel the chill. Both paintings are amazing.
You are the Queen of swipes...IMOP. Creative and Beautiful.
Classy and elegant!💖🖼🦄🌈
Thank you again Sweet Candi 😊
both are so shimmery! Love both!
Thank you Christinia. Fun little experiment. Enjoy the day 😊🎨
Both of these are gorgeous but the first one....Oooooh I so love the effects and texture on that one!!♥
Thank you again Evie. Yes the texture is wonderful. It’s cool swiping on a un-flooded canvas 😊🎨
Love the pearl and silvers very effective and shimmery
Thank you Jo
Beautiful results, be so proud of your results, just love it, wish I could be so good one day, love your work
Janette you are on a roll. Thank you again 😊
Just had to watch again for inspiration. Love them both and the first one reminded me of trees and castles near a lake. 💕💐💕
Both are cool...like the first the best. Think I might try one with the brush stroke on base coat vertical. You always manage to come up with little twists. Interesting that you take inspiration from art you see everywhere...come home and challenge yourself. 😜🤩
Michelle I’m inspired by so many things. I see expensive art in gallery’s and say to myself. Hum 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 I think I can do that. Love playing with those paints 😊🎨
@@COZCreationsArt Interesting you say that...the reason I began to paint to begin with was because...I was with new partner (years ago) and we were moving into a new apartment and decorating. Went to look for art for walls and saw the prices (even of prints) and said same thing...I think I can do that. Friends laughed but guess what...I COULD!
I love watching you swipe!
I love that you love it. Thank you 😊 Carol
These are both gorgeous but I think I like the extra texture on the brush paint canvas. But the pearls in the other one are nice too. Nice video to show the comparison.
Sherri thank you. The brush canvas has some nice texture 😊🎨
The 1st one looks like a futuristic city on edge of lake! 😍
I see the city as well Rita 😊
I love 12x36 pieces. Thanks for doing two! 🖤🧡🧟♀️
Marti it’s one of my favorite sizes. They can be hung vertical or horizontal if they have the right composition. 😊🎨
Love the silvery blue pallet.
Me to Rose 🌹 Marie 😊
Your talent is so inspiring! If at first you don’t swipe, swipe swipe again. It’s funny because I thought one and done with swiping. I learn so much from you! ❤️🌈❤️
These paintings are beautiful! I'm sure everyone sees something different, but for me the first one made me homesick for the beaches I grew up on, for some reason (maybe texture and color) it reminded me of a driftwood board that washed up on the beach. Fighting tears as I type! Thank you! Take care!!
Jeanne please don’t cry. I see a city scapes. 😊
Both absolutely stunning 🥰
Sweet Deborah. Thank you 😊
Love the first one with all the ridges and skips, the second one is simply gorgeous but, I do like how you did the first one. They are both gorgeous Cathleen❤✌❤✌❤
Debbie thank you always for taking the time. Enjoy the evening 😊🎨
Love the first one. Love the drag. It looked like clouds and yhe bottom was a smooth reflection of a far off city. Love it.
Thank you Elaine 😊
Gorgeous, again!!!!
I love your work and this is by far my favorite so far
Tanya thank you very much. Fun colors and movement 😊🎨
Cathleen, interesting how these two techniques create different end results. I could not pick a favorite but the first reminded me of a harbor😊 Thanks for sharing your ideas and beautiful paintings. ❤️,Pam

Both are Amazing!! 🥰🥰
I LOVE the drag! Terrific textures! But I must admit, seeing the swipe with a basecoat go straight to the edge, is satisfying. Fantastic pieces xxx
Melissa I agree. The dry base has so much texture though. I’m loving that 😊
Amazingly beautiful
Both are beautiful Cathleen, but I love the first one more.
Sally thank you. I do to. 😊🎨

Love them both, as usual. I see an old harbour with sailing ships in the first one - love the drag.
Thank you Jan. It’s a good drag 😊
Both painting turn out beautiful, you got great result in first one ,using brush Base❤️
Thank you Ann. I love the texture in the first one 😊
STUNNING!
Amazing results with the first one. Reminds me of a city silhouette over water after dark with clouds ..the second one to me is more abstract but still brilliant..once again Cathleen you have not disappointed with your wonderful work.
Gail thank you always for your kind words 😊🎨
Absolutely gorgeous

You are amazing! I love your style to do things, you explain the process, technique, colors and then you let us enjoy the music while you create beautiful stuffs Thank you!
Lilian thank you so much for those smiling words. I don’t like to talk when I’m painting. It distracts me. I like just getting in the zone 😊🎨

Thank you TERESA
I like it when you noodle. Very cool. 🥰🥰🥰
Thank you. I’m a “noodling” kinda girl 😊
Wow so beautiful you make it look so effortless the only problem I have is I can’t replicate it! 😩 but I’m having a lot of fun trying thanks for your tutorials there great!💕xxx
Amanda you keep at it girl. Think thin paints 🤔🎨the fun and joy if it is half the fun girl. It’s therapeutic for me 😊🎨
So cool! I've discovered I prefer playing with textured paintings, so had stopped experimenting with fluid pouring. You have inspired me to go back to the drawing board. I see endless possibilities for me with your first method. Thank you.
Clogs, thank you I would love to see some of your creations with textured paints. 😊
