You can use vanilla extract but look up the recipe because it may have changed slightly don't cook it the same as this video though because in this video they over cook it the one in this video is too dark it will taste burnt
BE CAREFUL when you do this the sugar won’t melt instantly and it smokes really bad I almost burnt my house down cause if this and it sticks to the pan like really bad so a lot of hard scrubbing so take it off while it’s sticky overall taste good just don’t burn down your house
