The defining writer of the Victorian Era was Jeremy Bingle. He is entirely forgotten and was sadly never published in his time, so nobody read any of his works, which are all lost, if indeed he ever wrote anything, which is unknown. But Bingle perfectly captured the zeitgeist of his age, possibly.

As a book seller, one of the things I appreciate about Hoover and likewise authors is how they draw myriads of young readers into book stores who otherwise wouldn't come. Most of them probably stay with this kind of book, which is fine, really. I don't think that a transition to "more valuable" books is necessary. But these people read a lot and they get excited about books, they cherish the experience. They might keep this attitude for the rest of their lifes. In times tarnished by the fear that people stop caring about books it's a heartwarming, nice change of pace.

Hello. All I will say is that I truly did enjoy "It Starts With Us," the sequel to Colleen Hoover's "It Ends With Us" .... because for me, it brings across the message of how difficult it is for women to leave abusive relationships.♥ I appreciate your critique, however, and I can accept that Hoover's writing style can be a little flat and one-dimensional. No author is perfect, but I ultimately and very deeply enjoyed these two books. "It Starts With Us" is a much easier and more joyful read, and I think it reinforces the message of the first book in an excellent way. Aside from the content of the books themselves, the lesson I have learned from all of this online discourse about Colleen Hoover is this: read what you like. No two people have the same tastes in literature-or even in general-and that is what makes life interesting. Keep this wonderful content coming; I love to think.✨💭

It's called BrittleTooth. It's a story I started when I was 15, scrapped the entire book and started over, and finished when I was 20. It's the story of two treasure hunting pirates, Brittlebones and Spindletooth. Brittle is hellbent on finding his missing father, to the point he drags his captain through a variety of magic-related bullshit, to put it bluntly.
