Thank you as usual jeune!! Glad it could inspire! And I really love filming this too, and getting to hear all the different stories. Till the next one!
Yoo kewl weejio 😎🔥! Loved the interaction at 9:35! I’ve been cycling rifle range for quite sometime now, might try Mount Faber soon! Descents look shiok as well unlike rr 😭
Yep, discipline to keep eating and drinking on the bike. Most of us forget about this. Most riders fail because of bonking. If you think you have eaten enough, eat some more! Drink some more as you ride. Food give energy and motivation!
This Mt Faber route brings back memories for me. I did it 8x in one ride session to train for the 2019 RBC Whistler Gran Fondo. Good call on the indoor training. Later when I attempted the 2022 RBC Whistler Gran Fondo in its Forte route which includes a climb up Cypress Mountain, I used indoor training instead of riding out to Mt Faber to train. I even uploaded the .gpx of the Cypress Mountain climb and practiced with it.
Ah nice! Glad you accomplished the two climbs! And 8x on Faber kudos to you. Really like this climb especially when you get to catch the sunrise on top.
Ah someone just fell there the other day we did a training ride! It’s really slippery especially on rainy periods. Hopefully it wasn’t a big crash and you’re ok!
@@vilecorpses88 i'm doing well now i only got some scratches on my rd and bent its hangar but i'm doing fine now and i think at that corner, because of the fauna its actually mossy that's why its super slippery. I think the main reason i slipped was because i took the outside line of that turn

Hey abhi, thanks for this! Super kind words! I’m glad you’ve been enjoying this series amongst the podcasts. More to come surely!!
Love this format! Your content is so relaxing and I think it inspires viewers to explore a lot more with their bikes. Cheers mate!

JAHA personally I like RR more! Cause it’s proper rolling and curvy. I think in order it’s RR, Faber and then 99 bends!
Rrr better than Mount Faber
@ Ah I see, I’m also damn paranoid of the monkeys at rr 😭😅
nice to get a sneak peek into Min Yi's cycling journey, in such a relaxing & enjoyable format like this video. W jasper as always ❤
Thank you!!! Glad you enjoyed it!
Once again another good vid from this brother that I enjoy
Thanks brother!

Nice vid! Is the route metrics via DJI mimo ? Or this is not recorded by your OA4 ? Thank you (:
Hello! No it’s actually with this app called telemetry overlay. You’ll have to sync it with a GPX file or Strava route to get the metrics displayed.
yo nice vlog, how did u do the overlay in your vid for the map + speed, power cadence etc?
Hello! Thank you! It’s called Telemetry Overlay.
descending mt faber gives me ptsd from when i crashed at the turn at 11:06 it was mossy at the outside of the turn and fell 😥

I’ve heard of this! Sounds fun.. and painful. 😆
@vilecorpses88 first 10-20 laps is fun, after that it becomes painful, after 60 laps, it's no longer painful, u don't feel anything anymore... 🤣
Sorry if I'm late
Sall good thanks for being here!
Why is she riding so slowly on this climb? Even at a pace where I can converse fully I never took longer than 6.5mins
Haha you’re fast bro! It’s supposed to be a chill talk and ride kinda video.. so ya!
@@vilecorpses88 you should organise a viewers/fans/subscribers group ride
Faber is flat.
