Yes they did. I fantasized about visiting those places. My goodness Robert, it was so much simpler back then. Almost idyllic. How is your rehab progressing? I hope you're doing what you're told.😉 Thanks for joining me on my ride. Be well my friend.
@@HaveMotoWillTravel I am still in the healing process, hopefully start some rehab in 4 more weeks. Meantime I am working on some videos, so that is keeping me busy. My vids are quite labor intensive, about 40 hours goes into each video, so the upside to my injury is I am getting an early start to editing.
Labor intensive is an understatement. But it doesn't surprise me. There's a lot going on in your videos. BTW, I like the green screens. I guess having the time to get an early start is the proverbial silver lining. Best of luck with the healing process.
@@HaveMotoWillTravel Thanks. Surprisingly that is what I am working on now, setting up my green screen. It is quite a bit harder to set up on one leg in a small space.
As a resident of England we don't have these long long journey's like you do over there. More is the shame because they are the types of roads I enjoy, long stretches, miles and miles of tarmac. My brother and I are looking at doing some trips out in England this year on our bikes (my Voyager, his Rocket 3) and as such are in the market for a decent intercom system. We are looking into filming the trips too so might just put them on TH-cam. Really enjoyed this video.
My wife's cousin lives in England and we've talked about going over for a visit. I know the riding and roads are very different in England. I'd love to ride through Scotland, Wales, Ireland someday. BTW, I bought these for my sons to use. I wanted to be able to communicate with them without breaking the bank. I figured I could return them if they didn't work so I had nothing to lose. They hook up to my Sena with no problem and work surprisingly well. Speakers aren't as good as my sena but completely adequate. Good luck. One question for you, do I call you Bib or Boulder?🙂😉
@@HaveMotoWillTravel I have ridden and driven the Scottish Highlands many times they are that good. Just a shame they don't go on for another 1,000 miles or so....Glad to hear the comms weren't too expensive... Regards, Bib.

I absolutely get that satisfaction about actually being in those places that I have heard about for decades. I guess I really never expected I'd get to visit them on a motorcycle. Laramie, Cody, Badlands, Wolf Creek Pass, Pike's Peak, Dodge City, the Alamo, and a hundred others! Hopefully my list will grow starting in May. See you soon, Pal.
I know what you mean. I really couldn't wrap my head around it. Almost as if I was experiencing a state of perfection. I kept asking myself, how does this get better every day? This isn't possible. I'm blessed.
😂😂😂😂 I appreciate you saying that Paul and I hope you're enjoying the series. I'll point out that none of this was recorded with the intention of showing it publicly. This is being produced to preserve the record of what we accomplished and to put it in usable form. I was talked into sharing it because of the hope it might bring people with problems that kept them from riding. I'm happy and honored that anybody would watch these videos. Thanks for coming along for the ride and for your kind words.
Right on Brother!! I have the exact same bike, lol. I bought it to drive around and think after work at a hospital from the start of the plandemic, everything falling apart in my life including my health. It's been a joy and my daily driver ever since.. These are great bikes and I'm happy you're on another adventure living life🎉
One of the great touring motorcycles. Everyone who owns one absolutely loves it. If they currently made this bike, I'd own a new one. Thanks for watching, commenting, and subscribing. I appreciate it.

Its a good thing this country is so beautiful Doug. Because I suspect most people just shut off the sound. 😂 Carl told me he's enjoying being reminded of stuff he'd forgotten and it's been fun, but tedious, going through all the audio. Some of the best stuff can't see the light of day. LOL. As always, thanks for watching my friend.
Me and my “ play wife “ just got back from a trip from St. Louis to Nashville, brutal heat and humidity but worth it on the motorbike. Great video my friend.
You said the magic words, James, "but worth it on a motorbike". Exactly! You get it it for sure. It can be the worst conditions and my mind always says, "at least I'm on my bike". Thanks for coming along for the ride and for leaving a comment.
Well, not exactly the mountains of Colorado, but still scenic nonetheless! I love the variety of geography that we have in this country; there’s always something different up ahead. I sure know what you mean about the heat- when we headed west on I-70 out of Colorado into Utah, it stayed around 104 degrees for hours, with a 40-50 mph crosswind on top of that. Tough riding day for sure, but it’s those things that you remember. If everything was easy and went as expected, you wouldn’t remember one trip from the next! Thanks again for sharing your adventures.
I agree with you Stoney. The variety of terrain one sees in a day out west amazes me. Desert to mountains to plains all in a day. And all beautiful in it's own way. Same with weather. One thing about the heat, most of what we experienced out there was dry heat and it's much easier to deal with than humid heat. The LD Comfort base layer I wear is amazing in dry heat. It kept me cool as did an ice filled water bladder on my back. You do what you have to do to make it work. And we all know, the worse the hardship, the better the story. Thanks for your support Stoney. I always look forward to your comments.
Hi Aaron. Thanks for finding the channel and watching the video. I think you're referring to me saying I bought a dual pack. Just means I bought a box with two units. I wanted to get my son a headset also, so I just purchased another dual pack of headsets that I'll be testing in the future. Quite a bit less money and so far, I'm pretty impressed. Stay tuned. Thanks again for watching and for commenting.

First, let me say thank you for watching. I think you can easily buy a used motorcycle, in great shape with low miles, that's capable of doing any cross country road trip you can come up with, for $2500 or less. I bought the Voyager for $3300 in 2014 with only 19200 miles on it. It was 12 yrs old but in great condition.. You can do it for less but you have to be patient. Thanks again for watching.
