Honestly, the map isn't bad, but have you stopped thinking about the people who don't have the CC-EV with everything maxed out?
Besides, it seems to me that maps like this take away a lot of fun from the game because it takes away the good thing about a map, the mystery and its secrets.
Maps like these can be very difficult, but I doubt anyone will play it for fun.
I only give you my humble and sincere opinion, if you can make maps thinking more about the people and how fun it can be and not about how difficult it is, I think you would do much better.

To be honest, personally I think this map is just stupid and does not make sence. A good map should be with interesting challanges, maybe multiple alternative routes and not just perfectly timed opsticles. So a hard disqualified for the map from me.
