That's it.......the queen noticed me. Well that's a great end to my year with 40 minutes left of 2017. I'm gonna miss writing 2017, but I'll just have to get use to writing 2018.

I'd also say this year was the worst one yet, and it's actually both sad and kinda nice to see videos like this. You feel kinda pathetic for having such a bad year but also it makes me a bit happy to see that someone else had it really good.

Emma, you are a big inspiration of mine. I've wanted to be the sort of "musical youtuber" much like you, Rob Chapman, Jared Dines, etc. are but I've just never had the guts or drive to do it. I have some plans with some friends of mine to start that journey sometime this year. Music has always been my passion since I was a kid; I practice my bass daily and am constantly learning new techniques and songs daily. I've even practiced and learned a few of your older songs. If we go through with this youtube plan would you be okay with me doing maybe one or two bass covers of your songs on my channel?

2017 was a mix of a year for me. Great things happened like meeting you twice and starting antidepressants but I had a pretty mixed year mental health wise. I started treatment for anorexia and at the time my depression went downhill. Then later in the year my girlfriend broke up with me and I was a mess. I’m feeling a lot better now than I have for years and I’m so excited for 2018 for Emma’s music and SiTC and just everything! No matter how bad things feel it CAN get better, never give up xxx

You deserve everyone amazing that happens. I for one, have actually had a crappy year, but in that crappy year, I found the best friends I'll ever have when I started my first year at upper secondary school. I've only known them for a few months, but I can say that they have helped me so much to expose myself and slowly get more secure around other people. Everywhere my family goes, death follows. Throughout the last 5-7 years, I've been to at least 8 funerals, and you know.. that's hard, but the positive thing is that this year, me and my family have had zero death in our family, and I've not been to a funeral. Here's to an amazing 2018.

I've been subscribed for years now and not because of comedy or gaming or whatever but really just because of your personality. It has really helped me so much to see you grow as a person and work so hard to achieve what you want to. That has, in turn, helped me so much (it was in part why I did finally decide to go to art school and not veterinary school)! So honestly THANK YOU for being you and I'm excited to see more of your music in 2018!

You deserve the stars. What I like the most about you is you are true to your roots, you don't sugar coat stuff and you say it how it is and you stick to it. One of my top five videos of all the TH-camrs I follow is the American holiday one, it got me to look at my life differently and I changed as a consequence of that one single video.
