Kyle Busch's attitude has always been stern, I don't recall him ever being soft, just because he has that winning attitude, but honest to god, seeing him nearly lose it a few times talking about his wife, it's very heart warming. He used to be a driver that got into fights and arguments after almost every race in his early days, but now, married with a son, taking his son in his car when he wins the Nascar Cup title, I really think he's humbled down a lot. I have no doubt he'll have issues and/or fights in the future, but that's Kyle Busch, and I think he's a great person for this sport. He was just an extremely talented kid, he got arrogant because of his abilities. Everyone calms that shit down when they get older. Was at his first Busch (at the time) race in Charlotte. Could see the kid had talent well beyond normal drivers. Time mellowed him out.
He's turning into the Earnhardt-like figure that he is; a brash, confident, and talented driver who's polarizing among fans in that you either love him or hate him but he's undeniably one of the best.

That was a good speech, I think this one meant more to him than anything else because he got to share it with his 4 year old son and his wife, you never know what people are going through. Kyle did an excellent job, I know he will be back to defend it come February.

I thought she looks to like him showgirl type for him like a beauty star I thought she was gonna be more NASCAR looking like not like a pretty girl I don’t know I didn’t think that was his type. First off family is first. The speech he said about his wife and son was amazing. It was spectacular. I was sooo moved. Totally heart felt. However, Kyle can be a huge pain in the ass and a harsh person to get along with. It's why I think Joe Gibbs dosent truly feel the real love for Kyle. Howver Joe is a business man. He has one of the best drivers in the sport. He is a genius business man. I just think that Joe with his religious background and his pure background, I truly think that he dosent agree with most of what Kyle says and how Kyle acts. Again, He is no dummy. He did the same with Tony Stewart ( who was one of my all time favorite drivers ). Maybe I'm wrong... I May very well be. My opinion is that Joe tolerates Kyle because they have to. I think the whole team tolerates him because they all know he is there meal ticket. Kyle is a world class talent. He is a superstar driver.
