Hi, hindi po lahat pare-pareho ng knowledge pagdating sa mga ganitong bagay. Some developers don't have restroom sa ground floor. Some only have 1cr, meron na nasa ground floor lang meron din naman na nasa 2nd floor lang. So giving info to other viewers is a MUST dahil di po tayo lahat pare-pareho ng alam. Kya nga sinabing powdered room, meaning to say hindi pwede liguan.. For visitors purposes specially if may occasions. Kc may common bathroom nman sa 2nd flr. Since nsa baba nman living area tambayan no need na umakyat to pee or handwashing pte mag retouch-retouch ganern.
