The bailiff has the right to make comments anytime and the judge allows that, all the disrespect , all the shouting back and forth, no contempt of court is called out, going out of topic, not sticking to the line of questioning etc etc I can say more but lets just say this looks more like a drama. I was fooled to think o was watching a proper court in session like " justice TV"
Infact Justice TV is more organized and keeps the rules and orders of the court strictly. Nobody in the court dare interrupts the judge. Everybody narrates his/her story at a given time and no interruption but here interruption is the order of the day. I hope the judge would be more strict here and drama should be minimized or stopped completely.
