For the technical side the population density can just be simply addressed by a SLIDER with putting less or more NPCs in your game, and another SLIDER for Drawdistance so mobile can run them. All scenes where we see a lot of NPCs looks more like pre-rendered cutscenes. The Gameplay clips has more reasonable populations on screen. still a lot but not gonna be as detailed as the cutscenes.
Looks good, you can see the influence in places now I want to see the finished product. Size might be the only limiting factor, so I'm curious how they do it.
yea got claimed multiple secs sadly so I had to mute those segments which kinda sucks to me Idk why everyone else gets to watch it normally but I dont sadge times here sadge times.
the amount of stuff on the screen and npc idk man I can see it on pc also I wish we had a full fledge game with this tbh instead of a gacha game tbh cause I would pay actual money for it.

it just rolls better then ananta personally I dont like the name project mugen rolls off better should have come up something different personally. Even then They still use the project mugen name still so its like alright then

Well, in game developing. most games that had "project' on it's name included Project Mugen (Ananta), would not going to be used for the actual game title, just like all games before Ananta. Because it just a placeholder name. To leave room for changing the title later on. As simple as that. Example : Project Eve that after finished retitled as Stellar Blade for the official game title. Project L by Riot Games that retitled as 2XKO for the official game title. Any many others. So, i prefer they doesn't use project on their game name. Also, i do like Ananta game title more.
I dont personally just sounds dumb and they still have there youtube channel with project mugen so its kinda like hmm you think they change the main yt channel for it instead of creating a new one and same thing for the twitter thing.

Running on phones is all about optimization. Modern Phones are a lot more powerful than you think. It's just that optimization is a bit of a lost art compared to earlier eras of gaming where they had to push every last scrap of power out of a console. Most phones can run a ps2 emulator nowadays, and I've seen some really looking ps2 games with lots of car/pedestrian density. Amazing graphics and more. Phones can run that fine, that's with the inherent inefficiency of emulation in general, a game truely optimized for phones could easily surpass the scale of even the biggest ps2 games.
The game looks good the only thing that gets me worried is that it comes out on Android and iOS hopefully they get the gameplay for PC right so that it doesn't feel like I'm playing an emulated Smartphone game with wakey inputs
Naked Rain probably did the rename just to make sure their game wasn't confused with the Mugen engine used for fighting games.

Luckily, Ananta is made in the new Unity rather than Unreal Engine, so it can actually play well on lower end systems and phones

Its not Anime GTA, your characters are Agents so flashing a badge to borrow a NPC's car is not GTA like

I doubt this game will run good graphics on phone and I also think emulators will crash 😂😂 so yh best to play it on a gaming pc or a powerful pc
