Great video. If I ever get around to it, this is exactly how I'd like to build a gizmo to crank my manual coffee bean grinders. The low RPM is perfect, and the high torque is more than adequate. If only they made drill chucks having that 15mm nut's threading.. so the welding wouldn't be necessary. Thanks for the tutorial!
instead of connecting it to the ground, use low speed pin as ground, it will spin faster, around 100rpm. (+12v for high speed pin & ground for low speed pin) anyway still not a good motor choice for a drill…
