Holy sh... Nice item! But isnt it super risky to drop the 50 vit exo with the crit rune? Couldnt it ruin the whole item or is the outcome you got granted?
The new rune prefers to knock over any overs & exos first, but it's not guaranteed at all. The evidence for that is AP drops, sometimes they can take ages!

Difficult but not impossible to achieve, thank you! Total spent around 7mk in runes, it could've been worse for sure.

why did u go for +50vit just to later drop it?
Does it have a preference for dropping stats? I noticed you managed to drop the AP as a first thing to do, how can you guarantee that?
