Actually Saima inhone ek policy type bana rakhi hai ki business matters mein whatsapp par orders lena hai aur payment ke baad almost jaldi hi delivery karwa dete hain. Order se related queries bhi whatsapp chat par hi deal karte hain, calls par nahi. Business deals wale whatsapp number ka zimma Aryan ka hai aur wo calls ka reply nahi dete whatsapp orders mein busy rahte hain ya to maal ki supply ya truck ki loading/unloading mein. Agar bahut zaruri baat convey karni ho ya poochhni ho to Aryan ke father Kamlesh Ji ke phone par contact kar sakte hain.
Maine bhi 2-3 baar orders mangwaye hain aur ye sab face kiya hai lekin phone calls attend na karna Aryan ke liye majboori hai kyonki orders kaafi hue hain Akshardhaam wali nursery location par. Response dene lagenge to kaam nahi ho payega. Sort of working style.
