So great ! So great !so greaaaat! I've been following you guys for a while. And your progress is amazing! Please, move on. What you do - is real music.
Hey guys! Really like to see you playing, also a volca lover myself. I live close to Utrecht so if one day you guys will perform somewhere would be nice to go. :) Have a question too, how much of each set do you guys plan beforehand and how much is on the fly?
Hi Hernan, we have a show coming up which will be announced soon, so stay tuned. :) Regarding preparation: typically everything is improvised. We usually just play a little to warm up and then decide to start recording when it feels right. :)
Jes Carlskov : Thanks Jes!! :) Actually, neither were used in this jam... haha. But we like to use the MS-50G to add chorus, delay or distortion to the bass. It’s a shame there’s no mix control for the distortion effects, because subtle distortion is better for bass. With the Sample we use the MS-70CDR to add subtle delay or reverb, or temporarily enable a more extreme effect such as a filter. This was the first time we tried the Sample with the Zoom. We’ve been using the Zooms less now that we’ve bought better (and more expensive) effects: the BigSky, Timeline and Ventris. A big plus of those three giants is that they support MIDI, so can be synced to the rest of our setup. That’s great for time-based effects such as delays. :)
Very nice smooth and chilly Sound. I am lost in space........like Major Tom. .....

I see that youve switched the FM and bass. :D

Slenterende Beer awesome! :)
Another great jam. How do you guys use the MS-50 for the bass? And the CDR-70 for the Sample. What processing are they doing to the Volcas?
