Quantum tunnelling explained!

Congratulations on winning the competition. Your presentation was highly engaging because you made a very technical topic easy for a lay person to visualize and understand. They may not become quantum physicists, but I think they will retain what they learned from your presentation. I loved your analogy of relationships and that is yet another reason why I think your presentation was so effective.

Congratulations! Nice video! I was just wondering, what happens if we find the electron inside the barrier (as opposed to one of the sides)?
the barrier can be anything, really! It isn't necessarily a wall all the time. For example, an electron can overcome the strong nuclear force of an atom and tunnel its way into the nucleus! I hope that helps :)
