1 tbs dhania , 1/2 zeera - roast , 1/2 ajwain -roast 1minute, crush -1 tbsp adrak lehSan paste, 3tbsp imli ka pulp , 1tsp soya sauce , 1tsp chilli sauce, 1tsp kuti lal mirch, 1tsp namak , 1tsp haldi , 1tsp kali mirch, 1tsp kasoori methi, marinade 3 hours , 1cup besan , 1tbsp rice flour add water -mix , add Zarda color mix and put in marinated fish... fry
I addeekasuri methi 2 tsp...and marination is sour...if I fry fish LL it be of sour taste ?
