Tim said that Chrissy has an IR1 green card granting her full permanent residence status in USA good for ten years (you can get this if you have been married over two years). Given that, the real question is "if they just met today in USA, would Chrissy date and marry Tim?" I think the answer is pretty clear.
My marriage lasted 3 years...Long story short, married a Filipina in the Philippines (because of no divorce clause) took her back to USA, got her driver's license and good job, good establish credit, bought a house. Then one faithful night out of the blue, "I want to separate" bomb shell right in the middle of my world. Filed for divorce (in USA) after 6 months, never seen her again its been 5 years now... Now retired, living in the Phils and have found a very lovely older Filipina, I want for nothing, she treats me like a King. She will never go to the USA.... Failed relationship she was 24 I was 51.... I watched the video of them entering the US and after a tence hour of her being questioned in immigration she came down the escalator but there was no hug or kiss which to me spoke volumes. She even said how handsome the immigration officer was 😂. Not a chance of her staying with him

Ace, I have to tell you my first impression about this video about Tim K and Chrissy was that you were crazy and rude for taking on the topic. But I watched it anyway. Unfortunately for Tim K I think your basic conclusions are pretty much correct for similar reasons as mine, but not necessarily identical. So I will be be a little crazy and rude as well, if you don't mind. So please read on... Here are my reasons why the odds are against this plan working out: Tim K probably really didn’t have any choice but to bring his truly beautiful wife to the States, as I’m pretty sure he needed a serious income if he expected to keep his family together. I’m pretty sure there’s more to it as well. However, in so doing, he shifted the dynamics of power in the relationship out of his hands and into Chrissy’s. Unfortunately he’s going to find out exactly what I’m talking about over the next few months or years. I say truly beautiful, because I think she really is. And I have yet to see her with any make-up. I expect that she looks ravishing with the right touch of it. A number of things can go wrong when the power in the relationship is in the hands of a beautiful Filipina with no experience who is quicklly going to start feeling like a kid in a candy store. Only in her case she will have power to partake or not. 1. She falls in with a bad crowd of Filipinas or other immigrant wives who point her in the wrong direction. Some of them can be downright evil. 2. She finds out about gambling or worse. 3. Handsome American men hit on her everywhere she goes, and she is intoxicated by it. 4. She asks herself why she is stuck in this relationship with a guy she has no feelings for and she is not attracted to when there are so many “better guys“ out there. Her feelings or lack of them are obvious when watching their videos. 5. Thousands of guys from all over the world have been looking at her on TH-cam for years and think she’s a beautiful and amazing girl. Several of them are bound to contact her and tried to convince her to leave her husband. The fame is a double edged sword. 6. She finds out that all she has to do is report Tim to the authorities in the States for spousal abuse and she can leave at any time, including receiving governmental or NGO support. It really doesn’t matter if it’s true or not. All it takes is one angry day (or heated moment). 7. Even if they make friends and go out together as couples people will be talking to Chrissie about Tim behind his back planting seeds of destruction. 8. We can add in all of the possibilities that you went over as well, and no doubt I've missed a few too. All in all I would say the odds are pretty slim that this U.S. relationship will not last, nor will it be pleasant for both parties. But who am I to make these judgments? I’m just guessing based on things I’ve seen with my own two eyes over decades of experience. Maybe a 5% or 10% chance of success is better than none. I actually wish them the best, even if it doesn't sound like it.
Filipinas usually refer to their hubbies as Dad, especially if they have kids. My wife calls me Dad even though our ages are close. Chrissy doesn't call him anything, unless it's under her breath.
Your getting professor status Ace, the difference between the Ph and the US, in the US the judicial system favors the woman, Tim K isnt in the drivers seat anymore and is just a passenger to Chrissys hormonal changes, i predict a upgrade from Tim to a Doctor for Chrissy at some point, and your right people will do or say anything to get that greencard .

You can best believe that Chrissy already has a few 'chat friends' all over the US. Remember, she has traveled to other countries without him several times... Are we even sure it is his baby? Once she realizes that there are actually lots of men that are not total slobs, with way more money, she till quickly link up with the single females and start "living life" in America. Time will most likely get very controlling. My wife got her US citizenship after living there for 8 years, she continued to work for another 2 years until we saved up the amount we wanted to come here with. But Chrissy seems to be the type that enjoys being out and active with people... I have seen Tim K at the Manila VA... yeah, he aint that active looking... I can easily see her having a side dude and a side female.. ( A lot of the Filipinas that we met were very bisexual when they drink, which is why my wife did not want to hang out with them)
For Dale, their baby, to get American citizenship by birth, there probably was a blood test. A blood test is required for the foreign birth certificate of the US Embassy if the baby was born withing 3oo days of the marriage.
Marry the Philippina and settle down in the Philippines...that would give a higher chance for the relationship to last...their behaviour and mindset in the Philippines and in foreign countries is very different.
When you bring a Filipina to America, don't pump a lot of money into creating a fantasy world for her that you can't maintain. Instead, every day just show her your real world and how much you care for her. In the long run, you will increase your chances of staying together substantially. 🙂

You should see all the Filipinas in Las Vegas who married old guys and left them once they got their Green Cards. Many are now working and hooked up with younger guys.

If you’re a guy extremely handsome, good hearted and a more than average income, generous so she don’t have to work you have a chance it’s working out but probably you gonna end up with a lot of baby’s and an overweight filipina. You’re right she gonna be in charge after she got her green card. Her value goes up at least 2 to 3 times for most guys same like we get treated in asia like a moviestar. Chrissy is a little reserved and naïve it seems to me so I give Tim a 95% chance Tim will make it 15 years but I hope much more. I think Chrissy would really what to make it work and if Chrissy was Thai I would say Tim when your money runs out she will run too. So I think what you said I some what agree with. Statistics can be very wrong and for sure Chrissy will be swept up in the nursing profession if she wishes to work, I'm not sure why there is so much focus is on Tim and Chrissy after all Tim has done the correct thing taking her and their son to be with the family. A family can only try but if l was Tim and having a sad background of alcohol problems l would have done exactly what he has done and so what if it doesn't work? at least the guy has tried and done his best and above all given his young son a chance to grow up with a better chance in life with hopefully a profession.

If she was paroled into USA on a spousal visa, I think she needs to stay in the USA for the majority of the time for 3 years until she gets her permanent residency. I know a few married filipinas I met on dating sites when I was single, one of them told me when she got her 10 year green card she was getting a divorce, mostly because her husband put her to work and made her help pay the regular house bills lol. They will get a 2 year green card pretty fast, then after the 2 years if still married they will get a 10 year green card, that is normally when things fall apart if the filipina is just with the american for the green card. So time will tell.
Southern California has a huge philipino population over one million, largest philipino population in the USA, there's a good chance she could meet someone
She would be a single mom, so that factors in Tim's favor. I've only watch Tim's channel a few times, but assume if he stays in the US his TH-cam income would fall off a cliff. Living in the US off his whatever he gets with his high spending/blowing cash is going to be a huge risk to Chrissy not getting the cash she's come to expect.
i was 24 my wife was 18 that's 36 years ago still together had ups and downs my wife came to Australia with me took 6 weeks back in 1987 now retired and we travel back and forth .your pretty right on .after a few years they get chased by other pinoy males at work who usually are big losers .
The problem with Tim K is that he didn't have outside income (I am speculating) that doesn't require money from TH-cam and he didn't fly under the radar and was forced to leave the Philippines. So have that stable income source before you board the plane to come here to live. Taking them back to the USA is full of risk, especially the bigger the age gap and the lower your income.
Do the math, if only 25,000 of their 125,000+ subs gave them just $5 for the Typhoon relief they would have banked $125k less the $5k or $10k they actually spent on helping people other than her family. I heard her say many people have much, much more, some donated thousands. I suspect they have a healthy nest egg stashed away somewhere

Chrissy is a little reserved and naïve it seems to me so I give Tim a 95% chance Tim will make it 15 years but I hope much more. I think Chrissy would really what to make it work and if Chrissy was Thai I would say Tim when your money runs out she will run too. So I think what you said I some what agree with. Chrissy is a religious girl so there is that to consider and Tim leans on his faith as well. I see it more working than failing.

Statistics can be very wrong and for sure Chrissy will be swept up in the nursing profession if she wishes to work, I'm not sure why there is so much focus is on Tim and Chrissy after all Tim has done the correct thing taking her and their son to be with the family. A family can only try but if l was Tim and having a sad background of alcohol problems l would have done exactly what he has done and so what if it doesn't work? at least the guy has tried and done his best and above all given his young son a chance to grow up with a better chance in life with hopefully a profession.

If she was paroled into USA on a spousal visa, I think she needs to stay in the USA for the majority of the time for 3 years until she gets her permanent residency. I know a few married filipinas I met on dating sites when I was single, one of them told me when she got her 10 year green card she was getting a divorce, mostly because her husband put her to work and made her help pay the regular house bills lol. They will get a 2 year green card pretty fast, then after the 2 years if still married they will get a 10 year green card, that is normally when things fall apart if the filipina is just with the american for the green card. So time will tell.

The problem with Tim K is that he didn't have outside income (I am speculating) that doesn't require money from TH-cam and he didn't fly under the radar and was forced to leave the Philippines. So have that stable income source before you board the plane to come here to live. Taking them back to the USA is full of risk, especially the bigger the age gap and the lower your income.
