Awesome bike. I love the professionality behind every part that was crafted. You really see that the whole design was was done 100% right from the very begining. chapeau bas :)
Gorgeous F1 inspired tank. Love the integrated headlight tacho binnacle. But the rear is too flat, up 5 degrees would give it a better aggressive look. What did you do with the OEM ally swinging arm.I want to buy it!
Top of the line Ohlins? Actually they are the cheapest Ohlins they make, just pulled them of some wrecked bike. Top of the line that you can buy FGR's are nothing like those and top of the line Ohlins you lease them for a season for around a million dollars then you have to hand them back!
This is dumb. Ducati monsters and superbikes are "cafe racers" if you strip the plastics off. The GT1000 came in a cafe version as well as the Paul Smart. You could buy those cafe racers directly from the dealerships! Cafe racers originated in the UK with European bikes. Ducati is European and likely one of the original cafe racers. Google image search gt1000 cafe racer and you'll see a bike very similar to what this guy built.
Congratulations, you built a 1098 street fighter with an even less comfortable saddle. I mean, I appreciate the talent and pride in workmanship that goes into custom builds just as much as the next guy. But they took an already awesome tubular trellis frame, chopped it up and ended up with virtually the same thing. Then they stripped the plastics and created a less than flattering semi naked body. Like I said, Ducati already makes that bike. Anyone that would pay someone to do that is "special". And anyone that doesn't know that Ducati's are cafe racers by nature while trying to claim they created something new, well that's just silly.
+cooljess76 there is nothing else I need to say. clearly you have no respect for the art of motorcycle building. its not about buying the finish product and having the same bike as everyone else.... He wanted a bike that is unique. has its own touch, feel, personality. but you just go right ahead and stay in your little special safetyzone. i know the world is dangerous.... but by all means, If you wanna stay in your safe bubble go right ahead. but don't come and trash others work..ä BTW. id love to see you make your own little special bike. and I don't mean just changing to led turn signals.
