I tried this for myself and it worked efficiently. There was a blockage which i took the time to remove after the removal the water flowed easily. Thank you very much for providing this helpful information.
When I tried to open the back panel one of the hinges is stopped by a cable tie. I am stressed to continue working with half the panel only open. Thoughts?

Check the drain pump,it could be dead,that is if it has one.
Also check the entire hose from the valve to the drain pipe,it should be clear
For me, the spin dry is not spinning nor draining. the timer is running but nothing much else is happening

Check spin timer, timer strong or the spin motor...open the bag panel to check the string
Mine is the spinning tub, the lid is loose so drying part is not spinning. Can you please do a video on that
