Before the "this is so cruel omggg" comments come, the octopi were dead and the nerves was still moving. She put "Live octopus" in her title for clickbate and because the nerves still being active.
The head was going up and down, it was still alive. If the legs were, that's understandable.
But no, they were live.

I always wonder about people who eat octopus alive like doesn't it have all the slime on it that is usually washed off with salt before cooking it? I dunno the slime part seems like it would make it not good to eat.

I ate them raw but they were dead. It’s like eating sushi, but it is slimy. You can always rinse and pay dry, but then it’ll be sticky
