MGK’s Professional Cockroach Control Protocol in Commercial Kitchens: Assessment

Using the information gathered from your initial inspection make an assessment on the population level of infestation: high, medium, or low. Glue boards can also be used to assess level of infestation.
Visually a high-level infestation is when a large number of roaches can be found inside and outside common harborage areas. Using a standard glue board 150 or more German roaches would be a heavy infestation.
A medium level of infestation is when a moderate number of roaches can be found in common harborage areas. Using a standard glue board 25 to 150 German roaches would be a medium infestation.
A low-level infestation is when very few roaches are found in common harborage areas. Using a standard glue board 1 to 25 German roaches would be a low infestation.
