I have heard that by the time your 24 your training foundation is set. I am that age, and wonder if it is too late? Can I still build muscles and create a wealthy foundation for my body? As a certified PT, what is your thoughts and knowledge about this?
Obviously, we can’t do it all, but just so you know, it’s better for your health to cut on wood cutting board. The one you got from target is cute and I’m not saying you should replace it, just a random note of maybe something to research for the future if you ever did ;) Thanks for uploading ❤
