Dear Luca 35 mm is absolutely no problem if you use a Bi-metal jig saw blade for Aluminium (e.g. 6.23974 or 6.23676). Necessary is cooling by a lubricatin stick (6.23443) or you simply use Petroleum.

Aluminium 35mm??? No more then 10mm.

+sofia20061 thank you for your answer. And advice! I was referring to plate in the video... It just looks too thin to be more then 10mm.
