For the token grinding I suggest using Sukuna for grinding, as he does some big damage on the Hollows and Adjucha. If u want to kill the hollows just block for when u want ur cooldowns down as the normal hollows won’t attack u when u are blocking but for the boss just spam dash as he can’t walk very fast. If u do get hit just spam the dash key/button sideways and keep on going that way as he will do a cero then a very large aoe attack.
I like using Sukuna as i just do a pretty good damage combo, which i then just repeat that at least 4 times. Also HOHE is also good as if you do the holding m1 move the NPCs won't hit you.(It just takes some time)

Also Ichigo form 4 while using the Vasto does good damage as long as u are running all the time, just use it for the Boss and not normal hollows.
for adjucha i just use mugestu then reset then use it again then keep doing the process
Gojo is a better option (my choice)
