tamarind is interesting, the trees need to be almost 100 years old to begin producing their fruit, which is a natural remedy for intestinal parasitic infections. We put the pulp in the blender with water to make a drinkable juice. The zapote (saa POOH tay) does not look ripe yet..... we have tthese both around here
