A friend had one of those and I had a 71 Bonnie with the same rolling chassis. His Lightning vibrated terribly whereas my Bonnie was as smooth as silk.
I had an oil in frame a65 lightning that vibrated pretty bad My mate has one that's exceptionally smooth so it is possible God knows who was doing the crank balance at the factory
@@nickmarshall9192 You do wonder sometimes. My Bonnie was so smooth. I used to ride all day and never feel any vibes. In fact the faster you went the smoother it was. It would cruise on motorways at 90 for hours on end. I think I had a goodun.
