What do you wear when trail snowmobiling?

You're likely to experience some bitter weather while riding, so gearing up properly for a trail ride is crucial. Layering in these three key layers with non-cotton will keep you warm and prepared.
1. Base - Moisture wicking clothing, thermal socks and gloves are key to have as your first layer.
2. Mid - This layer's purpose is temperature regulation, and flexible, packable clothing is ideal so items can be put on or removed as the weather fluxuates. A neck gaiter or balaclava can also be added for additional comfort and warmth.
3. Outer - A windproof, waterproof insulated shell layer keeps everything underneath warm and dry, and should always be topped off with a protective helmet and boots.
