Those first few seconds speak to me real hard. As much I like zombie games where your protagonist is just trying to survive and happens to be built different (Zombi U, Project Zomboid, NMRIH). I love zombie games where your Protagonist can slaughter hordes of Undead (WWZ, Days Gone,L4D) Which is why I love Zombie Army. It’s somehow both at the same time. Unless you have experience with Sniper Elite at first you have no idea what you are doing. When you get good enough you practically become Doom Slayer just headshotting and slaughtering through hordes. Also here’s a cool detail I like. Idk if it’s for the Trilogy as well but when your character dies. If you wait a few minutes or seconds you can actually see your character turn into a zombie and roam around. It’s not just a copy paste with some zombie animations either. It’s an actual zombified model. Plus the special Infected designs go hard. I’m convinced they were looking at WarHammer. Zombie Tank, Zombie Shark, Zombie Zeppelin, Grenadier Zombie with a fucking shield. Thats stupid and I fucking love it more of that please. It’s kinda crazy it’s like the EDF(Earth Defense Force) of Zombie Games in a way. There’s genuine love and effort into this and it’s really fun despite the concept being “Sniper Elite but Zombies” like how EDF is “Soldier shoots bugs and occasionally kills God”
zombie army 4 is probably my favourite zombie game the story is actually pretty good and crazy it feels like an amazing sci fi horror adventure each level is different like a zombie infested venice with a zombie shark a undead zoo even going to the center of the earth, there is worldbuilding with the propoganda posters and really good otherwordly concepts like zombie tanks, a crazy computer and zeppelins it's brimming with easter eggs and fun references the only bad things about it was the obscure requirements to unlock attachments and ofc the dlc but the full edition comes on sale enough that it doesn't heavily pull down the rating for me i only wish there was a full fps mode.
I downloaded the trilogy on pc because lucky for me it costs £2 on steam sale haha I am not paying full price on xbox series x this game looks very hard i struggled on easy but being zombies i just play it in easy and still died multi time the new zombie army trilogy is also pretty challenging good games but bloody hard black ops 6 can't touch these games they just offer alot of challenge even on easy i struggled to kill a guy running around with a MG42 on easy in the te Trilogy yes exactly

And you can tell they loved making ZA4 the easter eggs,and all the nods to horror movies muah chefs kiss seriously criminally underrated 👌
It literally fits a balance between slow zombies, in quantity of zombies, where most of the game is positioning It’s like world war Z, but with an actual manageable number of zombies Because world war Z is mostly just standing up at High Point stopping zombies from piling up When this game is actually wanting you to position yourself in a way that you can get multiple kills with one bullet
I also hope they keep the Series going. Also i would love for them to try to make a Strange Brigade Sequel or a Dredd 3rd Person Shooter since they own the rights i think.
The only thing i really didn't like about dead war was the lack of weapons without dlc and the small amount of horde maps even with dlc. And dlc weapons didn't even have elemental effects! But i wish there was more! Like the mg42, PTRS-41, m2 flamethower, Charleston rifle, Browning auto shotgun, bar, and hell go crazy, add a auto crossbow, musket, 700 nitro, etc Also some dlc enemies weren't really special, like the bat creepers, shock giants. The only one i liked was the shock suiciders. Like throw in some cultists, the classic machine gunner, flying demons. Etc But overall i love zombie army!
most of the dlc weapons for zombie army 4 honestly kinda suck, the base game weapons are better than most of them and they take FOREVER to upgrade because they replaced the weapon kits with challenges like "Kill X amount of Y with only headshot" and stuff like that and some of these are EXTREMELY HARD for no good reason, the only dlc weapons that do anything new are the season pass 1 ones and they're free so thats nice i guess. the only dlcs i recommend getting are the missions.
Word War Z is way more satisfying. I do not get the hype for this game the mechanics really suck. Why does looking down your scope completely destroy your whole field of view?

I have a feeling the greedy prices of DLC push a good amount of people away. Besides that the games are very fun.

I love zombie army! Very underrated, zombie army trilogy has an awesome atmosphere and soundtrack, love the huge overwhelming hordes.
